When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

BUY BACK AGREEMENT

• No accidents during the time of usage of the vehicle by the purchaser.
• Vehicle should not have been involved in any Legal Case.
• Kilometers driven to be under 5000 kms for Sports cars and 15000 kms for SUV’s and Sedans, recorded after the kms count at which the car was bought from Car Street.
• Validity of Buy Back is for 365 days from the date of purchase from Car Street.
• The Buy Back offer is only valid if the Manufacturer doesn’t reduces the price of the brand New Car. In case there is a reduction in price from the Manufacturer’s side on a new car, this offer will be revised proportionately.
• The agreed buy back amount would be paid within 60 days of the seller communicating his intent to encase the buyback offer. An advance of 10% of the buyback amount will be paid by Car Street against the delivery of the car and rest within 60 days.

WARRANTY

Every vehicle we sell comes with 6 months or 7500 kms basic comprehensive warranty. We provide warranty on our pre-inspected / certified cars to help you cover the cost of maintenance and repair in case of any breakdown. Warranty is only given on all Car street purchased cars, which go through 120 checkpoint inspections by Car Street's trained and qualified engineers.

WHAT WE COVER IN COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY

• Engine : Oil Pump, Crankshaft, Main Bearing, Connecting Rods, Piston & Rings, Inlet Valve, Exhaust Valves, Valve Guides, Cylinder Block/ Liner, Cylinder Head, Camshaft, Arm Rocker (HLA), Water Pump, Tensioner , Thermostat & Head Gasket
• Automatic Transmission : Shaft, Gears, Brake Bands, Oil Pump, Bearings & bushes ,dry plate ,Transfer Gear, Valves.
• Front Wheel Drive : Gears, Differential Unit, Drive Shaft (those with boot damages are not covered).
• Rear Wheel Drive : Propeller Shaft, Universal Joint
• Steering System : Steering Column, Steering Rack & Pinion, Power Steering Pump, ball joint (those boots damages are not covered)
• Braking System : Brake Booster, Wheel Cylinder.
• Fuel System : Mechanical & Electrical Fuel Pump, diesel Fuel Injection Pump.
• A C System : Compressor, Condenser, Cooling Coil, radiator.
• Electrical System : Starter Motor, Alternator, Ignition Coil, Cooling Fan Motor, Fuel Gauge, Combination Switch, Sensors (only engine management system)
